These two absolute gems helped me bring a deeply sentimental watch back to life—a piece I received 27 years ago from a beloved family member who has since passed. I hadn’t been able to wear it for the last 20 years due to its age and condition, but thanks to their dedication, expertise, and kindness, it’s now back in tip-top shape!
They went above and beyond to track down the parts needed and made sure everything was perfect. I was grinning ear to ear all the way to the car—y’all, it absolutely made my day!

"My Rolex band lost the pin and I was out of town and found Lance Jewelry. Harrison waited on me and fixed the band, and didn’t even charge me. Cumming Georgia is lucky to have the best jewelry store in the area. Thanks again! Highly recommended!!"

"I took my wedding ring in to have the prongs replaced - it’s been 25 years - so needed some love. Lance called me personally the next day suggesting we do some minor updates to it instead of just replacing with the same design. He even sent me images after hours of what he had in mind. His design suggestions made sense and were very reasonably priced. One big change was how the diamond is set. Since it’s an oval it is difficult to showcase the shape - his new setting design is perfect and a lot more modern looking. Lance gave me such specialized service, it’s no wonder that his shop has such a great reputation in Forsyth County. I feel like I made a friend - great customer care. Highly recommend them."

"Lance @ Lance Jewelry did a phenomenal job on my one of a kind ring design. I showed him what I had and what I wanted my ring to look like. Lance knocked it out of the park. My ring is absolutely gorgeous I could not have been more pleased with how it turned out. I had two very sentimental rings one was my Grandmother’s that was bought in Germany while my Grandfather was in the service. The other one was my Mother’s ring which was bought my now deceased Father years ago. She passed these rings to me and she wanted me to have me a ring made with the two. When I seen the finished design I got very teary eyed. I could not imagine what it would look like and seeing it for the first time I was almost speechless. Still can’t believe that it’s mine. I have gotten so many compliments!!!So, with that being said thank you so much Lance for my beautiful ring I absolutely love it…🥰❤️"
