"Went to have watch batteries replaced. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Penny is warm and professional. The batteries are even warrantied for 1 year! I used to drive down to a Roswell jeweller for this, but I too will be back. There are some gorgeous gemstone pieces I have got to consider."

"This location is about 45 minutes away from me but I drive here for all my jewelry needs. Another store wanted to charge me $785 to repair my engagement ring, at Lance's it was only $100, their work is amazing and I even picked it up two days early!"

"Absolutely amazing. Janet custom designed my wife's engagement right. She was able to incorporate diamonds from grandmothers ring and gold from my wife's family. I left with a ring that is one of a kind and a family heirloom. Their prices are the best I found and the service is unmatched. They have a life long client. I live inside the perimeter. I drive 45 minutes to come here. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry."
