"Lance and Mandy helped walk me through getting my wife some rings with our kids birth stones. They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I ended up ordering the wrong stones for one of the rings and they helped me correct the issue with ease. I even got a cool flag from them. 10/10 would recommend."

"Lance and the employees at the store went out of their way to help me get my watch fixed. It had an issue when it came back from being serviced and Lance personally helped facilitate it coming back totally fixed. We have used them for several years and the staff are all about customer satisfaction. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and happy."

"I took them 3 rings that belonged to my parents and they designed one ring that included all of the stones and used the gold from the existing rings. The end result is beautiful and the price was very reasonable for a custom design. I cried when I opened it. This ring allows me to carry parts of my parents with me all the time. I would definitely recommend!"
