"We needed to repair a treasured broken earring for a friend. Cara helped us, greeted us, set up the repair. Lance’s repaired it beautifully. Then, Cara wrapped them in a beautiful bag, so we could give it back to our friend. Her special care made me cry! Thank you."

These two absolute gems helped me bring a deeply sentimental watch back to life—a piece I received 27 years ago from a beloved family member who has since passed. I hadn’t been able to wear it for the last 20 years due to its age and condition, but thanks to their dedication, expertise, and kindness, it’s now back in tip-top shape!
